Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

– 1/3 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
– 1/2 cup almond milk
– 1 tbsp honey
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– ½ tsp vanilla extract

1. Place all ingredients into a mason jar and mix until combined.
2. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
3. When ready to serve, add thin with milk if desired and mix again.
4. Top with fresh berries, nuts, or sliced bananas, if desired.

It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
